Beyond RXD

As many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes:
100m run
5 weighted sit-ups (25/15kg)
5 dumbbell front rack lunges (25/15kg)
* Add 100m run each round
* Add 3 reps each round onto each exercise

RXD

As many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes:
100m run
5 weighted sit-ups (20/10kg)
5 dumbbell front rack lunges (20/10kg)
* Add 100m run each round
* Add 3 reps each round onto each exercise

Fitness

As many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes:
100m run
5 sit-ups
5 lunges
* Add 100m run each round
* Add 3 reps each round onto each exercise
