Within 5 minutes complete:
60 deadlifts (125/88kg)
In the remaining time complete as many muscle ups as possible.

Within 5 minutes complete:
50 weighted hip extensions (10/5kg)
In the remaining time complete as many muscle ups as possible.

RXD

Within 5 minutes complete:
60 deadlifts (102.5/70kg)
In the remaining time complete as many muscle ups as possible.

Within 5 minutes complete:
50 weighted hip extensions (10/5kg)
In the remaining time complete as many muscle ups as possible.

Fitness

Within 5 minutes complete:
40 deadlifts
In the remaining time complete as many 10 jumping pull ups + 10 dips as possible.

Within 5 minutes complete:
40 plate good mornings
In the remaining time complete as many 10 jumping pull ups + 10 dips as possible.
