Complete 3 rounds for time:

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes:
6 double kettlebell front squats (16/12kg)
6 double kettlebell push press

Rest 1 minute

Complete 2 rounds of:
30 second kettlebell front squat hold
30 second kettlebell overhead hold
