In teams of 2, each complete:
Partner 1: 200m row
Partner 2: max effort kettlebell swings (32/24kg)
Then swap.
Partner 1: 200m row
Partner 2: max effort sit ups
Then swap.
Partner 1: 200m row
Partner 2: max effort kettlebell goblet squats (32/24kg)
Then swap.
Partner 1: 200m row
Partner 2: max effort burpees
Then swap.
Partner 1: 200m row
Partner 2: max effort box jumps (20″)
Then swap.
