Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes complete:
5 press
10 single arm dumbbell bent over row/arm

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:
Min 1: 5/7 strict pull ups
Min 2: 7/9 strict dips
Min 3: 20 weighted sit ups
