Jenny Nim is a Personal Trainer, CrossFit L1 Trainer and a L1 Precision Nutrition coach. She has over six years experience working in the fitness industry. Jenny specialises in body composition, nutrition coaching, technique and mobility. She is also a CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer and CrossFit Kids Trainer.
Alongside her own businesses, Jenny heads up our mobility programme and is known for creating some of the toughest MetCon classes at CrossFit SE11. She has a meticulous eye for detail and is dedicated to good movement.
